NCOA convened an expert Consumer Advisory Panel to develop Standards of Excellence for consumer education and health insurance brokerage services for people with Medicare.
To meet the NCOA Standards of Excellence, they undergo a rigorous documentation review and training process. NCOA is responsible for certifying and ensuring that our partners meet standards in 7 areas:
